Aortic Aneurysm Surveillance Program
The Aortic Aneurysm Surveillance Program is one of the largest of its kind in the United States. This is a formal aortic program which evaluates your aortic aneurysm or dissection, underlying connective tissue disorder or valve problem(s) and determines the best surveillance program which meets your needs. We have a dedicated group of healthcare providers and experienced coordinator which will communicate with you and arrange follow-up, retrieve your laboratory and imaging studies and schedule your CT scan or MRI. If needed, we will recommend you and possibly your family members to a geneticist. During your visit you and family members will have ample time to discuss your condition and new symptoms with the doctor. Your primary care physician and cardiologist will be informed by mail of your evaluation and new imaging studies.
