The majority of the responders to the questionnaire were from the United States. The responders were mainly from the Northern Hemisphere representing New York, Michigan, Illinois, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and others.  A small number of responders were from Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina and others.
